SIOE 13TH DECEMBER DEMONSTRATION – DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS Phone contacts for the day +44 779 0441 524 and +45 24892441 Anyone wishing to speak at the demonstration must email SIOE before 15.00 (3pm) on 11th December APPROACH ● Protestors must approach the Assembly Point from the North or from the Harrow and Wealdstone Tube Station platforms ● Police will turn away any protesters arriving from the south along Station Road, or south of a line corresponding to Marlborough Hill Road so look at the map ASSEMBLY (MUSTER) POINT ● Harrow and Wealdstone Tube Station between 13.30 (1.30pm) and 14.00 (2pm) SEARCHES ● Searches will be made for offensive weapons or potential offensive weapons DEMONSTRATION ● Demonstrators will be directed to the selected site in the Civic Square DEPARTURE ● Demonstrators will depart in accordance with police instructions relayed through stewards at the end of proceedings and are requested to leave the Borough of Harrow immediately unless they are Harrow residents. In any case departure directly south from the demonstration will not be permitted. DEMONSTRATORS ● Groups have not been invited to attend as groups as arranged with the police, but persons from such groups may attend as individuals provided no promotion of groups is done (contact SIOE before or on the day for special arrangements for speakers) ● If people wish to disguise their identity it is suggested that face-paints be used, but not applied until at the Assembly Point and that they be removed during the departure. ● Water in small plastic bottles is permitted, but people will be asked to take a drink from the bottles before joining the protest. ● Any actions deemed provocative by SIOE will result in immediate ejection by stewards as agreed with the police. Rules for banners and chants etc are outlined below ● Banners will have to be approved by SIOE and racist language or remarks such as “deport all Muslims” will NOT be permitted. Any banners, placards displayed without consent are the responsibility of the individuals concerned and may result in arrest by the police if deemed illegal. Location: Square in front of Harrow Civic Centre, Station Road/Milton Road junction. Date: 13th December 2009 Time: 14.00 – 16.00 (2pm – 4pm) APPROVED FOR PROTEST 1. Approved anti-sharia and anti-Islamisation chants, banners and placards will be permitted. Official chants:- Hammer their helmets! Blunt their bayonets! (this is a metaphorical reference to no more mosques). No more mosques! Stop kuffarphobia! 2. English, Welsh, Scottish, N. Irish, national flags, national flags of other countries, certain other national flags will be permitted and encouraged. Some flags already known to be represented are:- Bulgaria Denmark Serbia Israel Let us know which flag you’ll be flying! 3. Certain other flags representing communities struggling against Islamic colonisation such as Papua New Guinea and Biafra will be permitted. 4. Certain civil rights flags, banners and placards will be encouraged provided they are displayed within the no-sharia context of the demonstration. 5. ALL MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ORGANISERS BEFORE THE PROTEST Speakers using hand held megaphones will address the gathering. Names of speakers will be provided to the police prior to the demonstration. Speeches must be approved by the organisers. WANTED Speakers to explain Muslim persecution in Islamic countries. Copts in Egypt Hindus in Bangladesh Hindus in Malayasia Christians in Indonesia Christians in Pakistan Papuans in Indonesia Jews everywhere BANNED FROM PROTEST 1. As with previous SIOE demonstrations, political parties are banned. 2. Any racist chanting, banners and placards will result in immediate ejection of the perpetrators from the demo as will nazi salutes. 3. Totalitarian symbols such as nazi swastikas, communist hammer and sickles, Islamic star and crescent, UNLESS CLEARLY CROSSED OUT OR DEFACED WITH A STOP SIGN. Banners, placards and speeches will be shown to the police prior to the protest starting if requested. Map The pointer is actually the library.
